Event Description

 

Please join Survivors Abreast dragon boat team of Peterborough at Lansdowne Place Centre Court, Peterborough for their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Day.

Survivors Abreast has invited health-related community organizations to offer information about breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

Visit with our team members, Peterborough Regional Health Centre – Breast Assessment Centre, My Left Breast, Central East Access Centre Peterborough, Hospice Peterborough, Lymphedema Specialist Crystal Lyons RMT and Cosmetic Transformations Kyla Gutsche.

Any gently used bras for the Peterborough Bras Around the Building Event can be donated here as well.

Face painting by Christy Smith, Face It will provided between 12:00 to 3:00 pm.

Come Dance with the Dragons!

We are really excited about our next Italy fundraiser. Dr. Dan and the Indian River Band will be playing at our Dancing with the Dragons Gala event on April 29th at the Parkway Banquet hall. Cocktails are at 5:30, dinner at 6:30 followed by a silent auction and live auction by Jason McIntosh. Come kick up your heals with us as we dance to some great music!
